How is iLEAD different from other online leadership development training?

Most digital leadership programmes deliver generic content to everyone on the platform. iLEAD starts with diagnostics — so every participant receives a development experience built around their specific profile, not a one-size-fits-all curriculum.  

iLEAD also follows the MES sequence (Mindset → Environment → Skills), which addresses the barriers that most programmes ignore entirely. The result is development that changes how people think, behave, and are perceived, not just what they know.

What does implementation look like? How much resource does it require?

iLEAD is designed to be low-friction to deploy. Participants are set up with individual access and progress through the programme at their own pace.  

There are no facilitated sessions to schedule or cohort timelines to manage. Your role as an L&D team is primarily to identify participants, assign licences, and track progress. We provide onboarding support and account management throughout. (Plus, we can also provide one-to-one coaching and/or dedicated development centres if you’re looking for something higher-touch). 

Can we see participant progress and outcomes?

Yes, the Kandola+ platform includes dashboards and analytics so that you can see how your learners are progressing, as well as emerging trends across your entire cohort.   

Admins can track and report on everything that happens within the platform – from recent/last logins, completion rates, and module progress, to action plan status and team profiles and more.

How do we nominate participants? Can employees self-select?

Both routes work. Some organisations use iLEAD as a nominated development resource — identifying specific individuals to invite. Others make it available more broadly, with employees able to self-enrol or request access.

We can advise on the approach that works best for your context during a demo, or as a part of a review of a free trial. 

How much does the iLEAD programme cost?

Is iLEAD suitable for smaller businesses and individual learners?

Yes, iLEAD has been specifically designed and priced to enable organisations of all sizes to provide high-quality, personalised leadership training at scale.  If you have fewer than 25 employees or individuals that you’d like to put through the programme each year, we recommend that you review the solo version of the course.  

The content is the same for both versions, but solo licences don’t include analytics/reporting or back-end admin access. 

Is the iLEAD leadership talent development programme accredited?

iLEAD is not currently accredited my CIPD or other professional development body. However, all participants receive a digital certificate of completion, and the programme materials and methodology is built upon 40+ years of Pearn Kandola experience. 

Is one-to-one coaching available?

Yes, one-to-one coaching with a Pearn Kandola practitioner is available as an optional upgrade for iLEAD participants. Coaching can be online or in-person (anywhere across the globe). 

Organisations can purchase coaching as part of a blended package, or participants can access it individually. Get in touch to talk through the options for your organisation.

The Mindset and Environment modules of iLEAD make excellent pre-work or supporting material for participants attending face-to-face leadership development or Development Centres.
